Happy St. Patty's and 300th Post!

I bet if My "too cool" 12 year old had these, he would wear them for sure!
Maybe if I had these super sweet kicks
I would have luck all day, everyday!!
and maybe my pictures of my kiddies would load???

Bad news: I thought I would have the luck of the Irish today, and my pictures would load of my cute kids dressed for St. Patrick's day... NOPE!
I will find an end to this non-picture loading madness!

Good News: It's St. Patrick's Day... I love St. Patrick's Day! Today my birdies were dressed in their green attire with an added St. Patrick's day necktie... and some Shamrock lovin'...
all except my "too cool" 12 year old that wanted to be the tricky leprechaun and wear anything but green, except for this little shamrock ring on his finger...
He wouldn't put on the necktie :( ruining mommy's picture taking fun...
Maybe Sunday he will??

Update: Post Surgery

Kelson is such a trooper!!!
His surgery went well, and he is all fixed
YAY!!!
He did so good and was so BRAVE
I couldn't ask for a better kid
or experience... Thank you PCMC
you guys are the best!
He's already back to school and back to playing
and gets to participate this Staturday, for Crown Colony Baseball tryouts!
WOOP!
Spring is here and hopefully to stay...

Kelson looks sooooo much better today!!!
He woke up with no angry mean hives or bumps...
the swelling in his hands and feet are gone...
Both of his eyes are back to normal...
and his mouth is back in the right place....
I think he is well enough for Surgery on Monday!!!
not that I am excited for him to have surgery, I just want him to be healthy
and his body to function correctly
Let's get this done already

Life's Challenges

Kelson has had Enough!

Time to get better so he can get back to playing

Life seems challenging at this time...

but we are pulling through
Kelson has had some pretty scary health issues...
He has an Inguinal Hernia (surgery set for March 7)
but then he came down with strep throat... They put him on Amoxicillian
and 4 days later, he swelled all up and is covered with hives from head to toe!
His feet are so swollen and broke out he can't even walk :(
He eyes and mouth swelled so big and are all angry and red :(
His tongue even broke out and it hurts to eat or drink :(
His joints hurt from the swelling and itching :(
Enough already!!!
It's only day 3 of this, but I think we are on the upside??
The hives look like they are trying to smear out of his skin...
only one eye is swollen shut...
and he could swallow his pills without yelping his tongue is on fire...

Hmmmm... ???
I think surgery will have to wait???
(at least that area of his body is behaving)
