Yum Yum Chicken Enchiladas







I have to confess... I really made a good batch of Enchilada's last night... My kids even gobbled them down!! That has to be the best compliment! My friend Earing thought they were pretty bomb too... Big high 5 and a pat on the back! ha ha ha ha ha
